Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your MasterGlam purchase. Should you need to return your purchase, you have 35 days from placing your order to arrange your return.

Items must be returned in new condition (unused with unbroken security seals in unopened boxes). Returns that are not in this condition cannot be accepted due to reasons related to health and hygiene.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Not happy with the shade you received? Let us know and we'll gladly exchange it for you. You may exchange any product within 35 days of purchase.

How to Start an Exchange

Please send us an email at care@masterglam.com with "EXCHANGE" in the subject line. Be sure to include your order number and the product or shade you would like in exchange for faster processing.

If you wish to return a purchase you made from Amazon.com, you must go through Amazon's customer service center to initiate your return.
